These Conditions refer to the general terms and conditions of service outlined in this document, as well as any specific terms and conditions that have been writtenly agreed upon by the Passenger and the Company (unless the circumstances otherwise necessitates).
The person who accepts a quotation or offer from the company for the provision of services or whose order for the services is accepted by the company is referred to as the passenger.
The Contract refers to the agreement for the delivery of transportation services in accordance with these Conditions.
The service, including any instalments or numerous services, that the company is required to provide in line with these Conditions is transportation to or from airports or other agreed-upon places;
Any reference in these Conditions to a law or a provision of a law shall be understood to refer to such law or provision as it was at the time it was enacted, amended, or extended.
The headings in these Conditions are included purely for convenience and have no bearing on how they should be read
2.Conditions
In accordance with any quotation or offer made by the Company that is accepted by the Passenger, or any reservation made by the Passenger that is accepted by the Company, the Company shall provide the service, and the Passenger shall agree to accept the service, subject in either case to these Conditions, which shall govern the Contract and supersede any other terms and conditions on the basis of which any such quotation is accepted, purported to be accepted, or any such reservation is made.
The following terms will be regarded as being integrated into the contract after the Company accepts the reservation, at which point a contract will only be formed. By making a reservation or booking with the company, including but not limited to on the company website, over the phone, or through any representative agent, the passenger agrees to these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions will apply to the Contract. The Company maintains the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these terms & conditions at any moment without previous notice. The Company's website will post any updated terms and conditions, and they will take effect one hour after publication.
A reservation made by a passenger will not be regarded accepted by the company unless and until the company confirms it by sending the passenger an email to confirm the booking. Please be aware that a traveller will only get a confirmation if they provide the right email address. Please contact contact us on info@tequilimo.ca to get confirmation if you don't receive an email.
Unless otherwise specified in the passenger's reservation, the services' specifications must match those in the company's sales documentation (if accepted by the Company). Only the prices shown in the company's price list will be provided for the service. Other reservations will be changed in accordance with them. Illustrations, pictures, or descriptions—whether found on the company's website, in brochures, price lists, or in other documents—are solely meant to serve as general guidelines and are not legally binding on the company.
